I would give them a 10 for everyone's professionalism and responsiveness if there was an option for that! Shireen and her team were very attentive to any questions or concerns I had about my car accident case. They guided me throughout my case from beginning (when I went to get my car examined) to end (last days of my injury treatments). They go above and beyond for their clients and I highly recommend this firm!

First I will say to everyone if you are in trouble with a ticket don't hesitate to call Sean!! I called Sean because my son received 2 tickets and 1 which was Reckless Driving ticket and another real Major Issue. I knew what he was facing and we were scared. Sean assured me he could help us. He is straight forward and there is no smoke and mirror with him. When I say Sean worked on our behave to get the tickets non-reported, no points on his license, no probation and he didn't have to report to court. Sean "worked" on our behave and got results for my son. We are so thankful to him and he will never know how much we appreciated him. "Thank you so much Sean for your hard work" - Seriously! His fees are reasonable!!!

She had me and my family fooled saying she was a lawyer in criminology. Later do we find out that it's not true she lied to us trying to be our immigration lawyer too! She lost our trust that she had for us and we noticed she was just talk less action. It's been 6 months and she made the situation worst. I honestly trusted her she seemed trustworthy.

Shireen is a very hard working attoney. She returns calls promptly and always makes sure you are happy with her service. We had quite a few hiccups in my case and Shireen navigated through it all like a boss. Shireen is a hard working attorney and business owner. Most of the representatives have been helpful and pleasant at Coulter & Sierra. I've had 2 conversations with Julie and she has the personality of a gnat. She's rude, short and overall unhelpful. I realize that they collect outstanding debts BUT Julie should learn some customers service and to treat people with respect. People have various reasons and sreessors why they get behind on obligations. However, the collection of that debt should not add to the stress IF you want to resolve the account. It is unfortunate that one sour acting employee can taint the reputation of a solid company.
