Bryan oniel was very helpful and Avery concerned about me and my wife well being.

December will make a year since I was involved in a car wreck and I got these people to handle my case because I’ve heard nothing but good reviews. I have not heard anything from anyone in this office since around August about my case I constantly call and get no answer. I leave numerous amounts of voicemails and nobody ever calls me back. I think I made the wrong decision picking this office to handle my case. Definitely don’t recommend. I would hate to have to file a lawsuit for this seemingly scamming company.

Ryan was awesome in keeping me updated with my case. He kept me informed of the process and always returned my calls in a timely manner.

He walked me through every step doesn't get mad when I call him asking questions about case my, he called in check in to see how Doctors appointments went helps me schedule a ride to the doctor. Ryan has been the only bright spot in dealing with Shane Smith Law. I've had at least 3 different case workers on my case since March but none have of which were accessible by phone or email. Madison gave me her information and assured me that she would be available but I did not hfrom her after that day. There was a span where I had called the law firm several times throughout the week but Ryan was the only person that I could manage to get a hold of and offer some feedback whatsoever and he was not even on my case at the time. Overall, I would be very reluctant to go through a law firm that is not responsive it reflects very poorly on their client's value.
