I was rear ended and got screwed the last time so this time I contacted a lawyer. Trish, my case manager, is awesome thus far. They have gotten me appointments to be examined at their cost until I get a settlement. I appreciate how they are on top of it thus far. Thank you Trish and Shane Smith!!!

They never do what they say there going to do, never called you to give you updates on your case. Did the least they could do to get the case settled and then walked away. I hade problems with bills that didn’t get took care of and went to collections and they said “ we did our part you’ll have to get it fixed “. Isn’t that what we pay our attorneys 33.3% of our settlement to do? Take care of ALL our bills related to our accident.. never again and I’d advise you to look somewhere else before hiring this firm.

NEVER do business with these crooks. They solicited me through a 3rd party "advocacy group" and told me they were just talking to me. But I never said yes and told them I was talking to other lawyers too. I didn't go with them. When the insurance company goes to send the check out to pay off my car, Shane Smith Law Firm wants to put a lien on my totaled vehicle for "services rendered". Im sure they're adequate laywers, but they're also totally untrustworthy and common scammers.
