My experience with both parties has been great. I tend to speak more frequently with Hailey although Hannah has assisted me a couple of times in the past. Both staff members are pleasant, professional, & demonstrate a high level of concern for their clients.

I was in a car wreck 08/30/2020 and a lady hit me head on totaling out my car and injuring my back, neck, and Collarbone. They got me set up with a chiropractor in a matter of days and they’re helping me with my law suit against the lady. They have stayed in touch and I always hear from Rebecca and Samantha. Super friendly and always happy to hear from them

I got in a car accident last June and called Shane Smith services and they have been wonderful on checking up with me weekly making sure I made it to my doctor's appointments following up after my doctor's appointment to see how I was doing how was feeling they've been very professional and compassionate.
