I chose the Law Office of Shane Smith around the begining of the year. I must say for someone who has never spoken with them in person, this process went smoothly from begining to the end. At first I was hesitant because they were far away in another state and I was still in pain of my injuries but that was their first concern to get me help and well. I spoke with Lajuana. She help me with the process from the start. She was in charge of gathering the information to make my case. She was on point on everything especially explaining the process and she stayed with me to the end. Then I was handed over to Karen in Negotiations as part two of the process. Nothing was change she was on point with me and called me every two weeks for an update. Karen was great and kept my spirits up because the end was near and I was getting anxious in a good way. Finally I got to talk with The Lawyer Carey. She gave me the "law" down of my case and I agreed to settle. Now my favorite person Jessica from accounting. Very well spoken lady and she told me that she will handle my payment personally. She to gave me updates and made sure I had the proper documents (address etc) on where to send my check to and provide me with a tracking number to keep up with delivery. I would recommend the Law Office of Shane Smith for any personal injury case and will use them again without any hesitation Preston Davis
