Well I had originally given them a 5 star review, but now Im furious because after receiving my settlement check and driving all the way out to the bank, I realize they DIDNT EVEN SIGN THE CHECK!!!!! And it's a Saturday afternoon so now I have to wait two more days just to call them and get a new one. HOW DO YOU FORGET TO SIGN A CHECK?!?!?!?!

After being hit from behind and suffering injuries , I decided to go with The Law Office of Shane Smith. I was kept informed of my case status and Jessica answered all of my questions.
