Everything went find up until the settlement process. Very unprofessional will never work with them again! I have already contacted the State Bar Of GA and filed a complaint!

Don't wasted your time the only time you actually would hear from them is when you let them know you want to close your case. It takes forever you to get back with some one whether its through a text or even when you just hang up with them. They don't believe in same day call backs so if you need answers or want to know something right away skip them because it's a waste of time. You'll be better off just getting whatever settlement that was offered than waiting on them to give you a call back from 3 weeks ago.

This place is HORRIBLE I promise to GOD they will con you... you never can get in touch with somebody. They got lawyers working all over the place taking too many cases they can’t handle... You will regret every second... you will be STRESSED. They tell LiEs after Lies only 1 person they say can help you and that person even can’t help you... They have NO HEART and they put me in a bad predicament.. If you go with this company after reading this then mistake is on you. DONT BE A DUMMY DO NOT GO TO SHANE SMITH LAW FIRM one of the Worst if not Worst law firm ever Unorganized

Refused to take care of overage medical. Unable to serve, with sherrifs office responing not us.m

They have had my case for a year now and I've changed case managers twice the first time without them telling me and turns out she was fired smh very unprofessional I have to call them constantly to get updates on my case they seem to always be out of office they are very slow about sending out paperwork to get the cases going don't waste your time with these so called lawyers it's not worth the headache

One of the women on the staff called me, she was rude,and disrespectful,and rushed me during the whole call. This place may have decent lawyers, but their staff does not help their business.

I Don't know what to do at this point, I have to keep calling them to get information on my case,which worries me After leaving 5-7 messages a week, I have to call the operator to get to my case manager,I have already caught her in two lies.I do understand that they have lots of cases. but I Would be grateful for just one call a month,Hopefully this will get better.After reading these reviews, I am more confused than ever,I can only pray for the best as I also pray for them.Praying against anyone is not of God. Praying for a happy ending to my case.

Amanda Spears, My case Manager at Shane Smith Law firm, is awesome and gets the job done, I don't know what I would have done if it weren't for them. I was in the ER once a week before I phoned them and I can't put into words how much they have helped and done for me, anyone not happy with their Law Firm, please call Shane Smith.
