I can confidently say that this was by far the best choice I have ever made. There were several lawyers I had met, but none of them were as open and accommodating as Oxendine&Sauls. Granted, as a student, any huge fees will be difficult to pay for. However, Oxendine&Sauls allowed me to be so comfortable and confident with my decision to go with them, I wouldn't have it any other way. I trust to put my situation in their hands completely. I know that they will take the wheel and get me where I need to be safely. Christine is amazing. Her energy really gets you from being a nervous wreck to not even knowing why you worried in the first place. Thank you all.

Our experience from day one was great. Jarrod is easy to talk to and will be honest about his thoughts, which is incredibly reassuring. Everyone in the office is professional and welcoming. You always know they have your best interest in mind. We've used the firm a couple times and will continue to use them with any further legal matters. It's a firm you can really trust.

“I have used this firm for 2 different matters and would highly recommend them. For each issue I found the attorneys to be knowledgeable and professional as well as patient. They took the time to explain the process and make sure I understood everything before we proceeded. I found the staff to be kind and attentive and my calls and emails were always promptly returned. I would recommend Oxendine & Sauls to anyone in need of legal assistance.”

I worked with attorney Trey Sauls for 7 years for my case. He told me that he would not leave me. Attorney Trey Sauls continued to fight for me and he kept his promise. I worked with a team of three attorneys for my case and attorney Jonathan Gaskin and Jarrod Oxendine both of these attorney's assisted Trey Sauls the Lead attorney. Each attorney played a significant role in my case. During that time we learned the power of prayer to accomplish what could only be done by God. I'm thankful that I was able to win my case and that God provided me the victory.

Oxendine & Sauls handled my child custody case and they were excellent. I started out with Jarrod Oxendine who was thorough and explained the legal recourse up front. Christine Palmer handled my trial and she brought her A game and won my case. These guys are professional, prompt, and truly great at what they do. Should you need a set of skilled and experienced attorneys for your family law issues, I'd recommend this firm.

It has been a pleasure and no cost experience to work with Trey. He has provided thoughtful, solid and quick guidance as we evaluate the basis for my PI case. I have worked with other attorneys in the past, but with Trey I feel like I am speaking with a friend who happens to be a great legal advisor. I highly recommend!!

My divorce was simple. No property, no children, married for a little bit over year and separated for most of it due to a military deployment. In addition, there was evidence of my spouse being involved romantically with another person during our marriage.
Trey was never available, nor did he keep me informed of the progress or lack there of of my case. He managed to accomplish absolutely NOTHING with the five thousand dollars I had paid him leading to the court date. I flew in for my court hearing and Trey was NOWHERE to be found. I went before the judge with no representation and was rail rail roaded. I was a t a loss for words when Trey's firm reached out to me in an effort collect more in bogus charges. I wish I would've reached it and networked to find a lawyer instead on being taken advantage of by his firm. I shared this experience with a family friend who was a lawyer and he was blown away by the way my case was handled. It was only when I threatened to contact The American Bar Association that he reached out to me and agreed that i didn't owe him any further payment.
This was my first experience with a lawyer and made the mistake of being naive enough to buy into his speach on our initial consultation. I've since then worked with another attorney for business matters and the difference between a professional honest lawyer and Trey Sauls could not be more drastic.

I retained Trey Sauls to handle my custody case in July 2014. At the initial consultation Mr. Sauls appeared to be knowledgeable, professional and his hourly rate was reasonable enough, $350/hour. Upon commencing representation, Mr. Sauls did not demonstrate any competency at all. E.g. I asked him to obtain certain reports for my case and he told me that it is impossible; while the other attorney was able to get these reports within one week. Mr. Sauls advised me to take some testing for the case for which I spent additional $1500, and as I found later it was absolutely not necessary. Mr. Sauls did not complete required court documentations within reasonable time, however was generous in hourly billing.
Mr. Sauls was invoicing hours in access of what was actually spent and regardless of whether anything was done on the case or not, i.e. we attended the court were we spent 2 hours from the beginning to the end with the hearing of only 10 minutes, and he billed me 5 hours. Also, Mr. Sauls continued billing me even after he stopped working on my case. The billing invoices did not come when the retainer was about to exhaust as it states in the contract. So, when I eventually get the invoice it was already way beyond my control.
As a result, I end up with the bill of nearly $17,000 in 2.5 months, just to transfer the case from one county court to the other. Eventually, I have filed for fees arbitration with State Bar of Georgia.
I do not recommend Mr. Saul. He did not have the strategy for the case and did not deliver the quality work.
