It's pretty cut and dry...Matt McGahren is an attorney that cares about his clients. I've dealt with a lot of accountants, consultants, and a variety of different attorneys and Matt is head and shoulders above the rest. Matt finds the time to talk to me even if he does not have the time. Any situation you have a question about just call him. Keep his number close and call him, you'll be glad you did.
