I hired Loretta help me retain a TPO. I was fairly new to the state of Georgia with no emotional support, guidance, or understanding of what had just happened to me. Loretta took the time to walk me through each step and was patient to just listen at times. Loretta made me feel safe and calm when it was time to go to court, two separate times. Loretta was able to get a 1 year and then 3 year TPO to keep, and help me feel safe moving forward. I unfortunately had a friend who experienced the same issue and referred her to Loretta and she had the same experience as I did.

I retained Loretta last Spring after I filed for legitimation for my daughter since her mother wouldn't let her have regular visitation with me despite the wishes of our child. I filed as a pro-se plaintiff so the mother responded by retaining an attorney and made a counterclaim for me to pay child support while having the least amount of time possible with my daughter and no rights to her at all. I was very nervous as I didn't expect her to go this far out of her way to keep me from my child. After some searching I found Loretta and consulted with her. She agreed to represent me so I retained her. This was the start of a custody battle that lasted a little over a year. I had many nights where I was angry and confused, crying myself to sleep wondering if my daughter would ever know how much I cared about her. Loretta gave me confidence and assurance that everything would be OK. After a year she won me parental rights, joint legal custody and regular visitation of my daughter when we finally came a final order. Loretta always responded to my questions, gave me great advice yet always laid out my options even if they wouldn't work in my favor. Was it all worth it? Absolutely! The smiles I would receive when my daughter and I would spend time together going the GA Aquarium, riding scooters on the Belt Line, having dinner while watching Shakespeare plays at the Shakespeare Tavern, enjoying Medieval times, going ice skating in Atlantic Station and going to Atlanta Braves games and more definitely made it worth my while to retain this attorney and fight for my little girl. So with that said, I'll forever be thankful for what you did for me and my family Loretta. If you're in a Family Law case and actually would like to win then please retain this attorney. She has great experience and effective strategies against malicious narcissistic certifiably crazy spouses in cases of divorce and child custody. You will have to listen to her and let her guide you. Do not play smart and do something she doesn’t recommend. She plays chess not checkers. She is always looking out for your best interest and doesn’t forget details. She tries to save you money.

I hired Loretta to represent me in a contempt case involving my retirement we could have solved the issue before going to court but she was no match for the ex wife and lost so bad in court and I had to pay ex-wife lawyer, Loretta felt so bad for me she offered to represent me without pay, but we never could get ex wife served for one, but I was up against the clock regarding foreclosure on the property ex wife was in contempt for not paying mortgage. I wanted to go before the judge to make argument to get the house back in order to save it for my children so the date to see the judge finally came and all of us were there me the judge and ex wife, but there was no Loretta the judge wouldn’t even listen to my argument because I was represented by Loretta needless to say we lost the House. I contemplated filling complaint with bar, but that would not have helped me and only hurt Loretta, and because she was very nice and polite throughout he process that goes a long way with me. But I wanted an aggressive hungry lawyer to fight my ex wife and she was no match it was like a kitten vs a mountain lion.

I reached out to Lisa to represent me in my custody case. I was very pleased with the professionalism and promptness of her response. The only reason I didn't hire her is due to a scheduling conflict with my court date and her calendar. I would definitely recommend her. I was impressed with her response time.
