I was probably going through one of the hardest times in my life.Doing something that I really never thought that I would have to. Filing for bankruptcy. I did this with reluctance. I did it anyway because I had no other option. With that said. First of all I would say, I did not use Mr Kelly as my attorney, reason being, he is an honest and fair individual, sounds strange. My chapter 13 case was dismissed unknowingly to me, after receiving numerous solicitations in the mail i reached out to Mr Kelly, who looked into my case and advised me to reach out to my previous attorney to try and have it resolved. Mr Kelly did not take my money and run , that says a lot about his character . I would work with him any day
