I was in a losing battle with my debt. I fought it for 4 years, never missed payments but i couldn't get ahead. So, i decided to contact Jeffery Kelly law office to request a meeting with a lawyer to see about getting the ball rolling for chapter 7. Well, from that first conversation with my attorney Jessie Glover, i knew i was making a great choice. It was an an absolutely painless process. I think about a week after the initial conversation, the bankruptcy was filed and not long after that i received the date for the 341 meeting... Its just a quick 5 minute meeting with a trustee to confirm what you have already told your attorney about your finances. Around that time you also find out your discharge date. It is not a scary process whatsoever. I am happy that i went for it, gave me a new start at life it feels like. Lessons learned. I would choose Jeffery Kelly any day of the week. Thanks guys.
