First time I've ever met Walter Moffitt. I went into his Rossville office to consult with him about modifying the visitation arrangements with my child. He was very short with me. He cut me off several times while I was trying to explain the situation to him (I expect that was to cut down on the time of his free consultation- which lasted maybe 3 minutes) He asked me how much money I had on me at the time. I told him $500 to get the process started. He shook his head and stood up and opened the door motioning for me that it was time to go. He told me I would have to bring $3500 with me when I came back for his payment for him to get started. I will not be using this man for my representation. This was my experience with Walter Moffitt at Harriss & Hartman Law Firm. I walked out of his office and burst into tears. I do not recommend him to anyone.

He is very nice makes it easy to deal with work place ins companys. I got hurt at work and he has been excellent in getting them to do what needs to be done. A big thank you from me and my family

Awful wouldn’t go to them ever they wouldn’t update me on my case said they would didn’t prepare me for court. At all. Didn’t know anything about my file in court and I didn’t meet Walt till the day of court. Their awful. Don’t waste your money and time. I lose custody bc of their bs “lawyers”. I could have represented myself better

I have used this law firm for years... They truly care about the clients that they serve... Brent James is one of the best Attorneys I've ever seen in my life... The handle bankruptcy, filing for chapter 13 teens and chapter 7,filing for disability once you've been turned down through ssi board and filling personal injuries when hurt on the job things like that so give them a call I've used them for over 25 years.... They got your back when no one else does... Tell chega refered you...
