Jamie Hernan is an extremely knowledgeable attorney that gives 100% to his clients. He is well-prepared and provides a high level of service, always taking into consideration the level of legal counsel required to come to a successful outcome. I own a small business in Roswell and over the last 5 years, there have been times when my business partner and I have required legal counsel. I called Mr. Hernan late at night after an unfortunate event in the family that required an attorney who could revoke a warrant for an FTA. Although we did not retain him for our services, I wanted to say that he was extremely helpful, answered any and all questions we had, went out of his way to make calls and queries in the county regarding our matter and did all this in a very timely and professional manner. Jamie Hernan is a great lawyer. He got me the best possible deal that he could have under the circumstances of my case when I was arrested for marijuana possession.If I hadn't hired Jamie and decided to go with some crappy overworked public defender instead,I would've gotten twice as much time on probation as Jamie got me.Jamie got me half the amount of time on probation that Georgia usually gives for Marijuana possession.Plus the prosecutor really listened and negotiated with him,which is proof that Jamie is the real deal since the prosecutor took him seriously,where if it was some kid right out of law school or a public defender, the prosecutor would've said "Oh not this guy again,I'm not working anything out with him". Jamie always returned my phone calls and texts the same day,and he never sugarcoated anything,always giving me blunt,straight answers while simultaneously remaining polite and understanding.Even the judge commented on what a good deal Jamie got me.I would recommend him to anyone

When I first called James' office, I was impressed that even though it wasn't in, I was transferred directly to his cell phone and was able to speak with him (rather than a secretary or aid).
