I was charged for DUI, alcohol related - this was my first ever major brush with the law (had a couple of prior minor traffic citations). I panicked just like most of us would, but still had the sanity to first find a good DUI defense lawyer. She worked with the Officer and prosecutor diligently and got my charges reduced to Reckless Driving with lower fines and penalty. I also got my license back without much hassle.
