Mr. Tariq and Omar was great , I had both of their personal cell number so I can instantly reach them and didn’t have to go through a operator or assistant to get in contact with either of them. This was my first time dealing with any form of lawsuit and they made sure I understood the process and how it works. The service was ok but I was on hold for over an hour...not much else to say....

They pretend they really care about your situation. Meanwhile Very unprofessional.! Azzurah can’t tell the truth for nothing. They try to make you think your being cared for properly . Ive been lied to and made to think my family is what really matters. But no. I was mislead . They wont inform you about anything on your claim. They’re rude and pretend you’re bothering them . I highly wouldn’t recommend.

Azzurah at Aleem was always available to talk, polite, answered all of my questions and we had a great outcome.

I will say Omar and Azzurah were a great help. Omar gave me his personal number and communicated back quickly each time I reached out. Overall, I will definitely use them again as well as recommending them to my family and friends. I appreciate Omar for getting me more money in my pocket. They are far the worst people you want to handle your case. I had a car accident that wasn’t my fault which included 4 surgeries. Not one time did they call me to check on me. They only called me to tell me to come get my chump change. They cheated me out my money. I would not refer them to no one.

Had a accident in December 2018 ,completed all my chiropractor treatments and the whole nine yards here we are approaching December 2020 and there have been absolutely no communication or anything from Azzurah or Mr.Aleem . every time Azzurah gets on the phone it's always " she just talked to this person or she just was working on my case and she'll reach back out to me " which never happens so I'm just annoyed at why haven't my case been settled and wouldn't recommend anyone use this law firm if you want your case to matter and want your settlement
