Mr. Rubin has become our family's accident/injury lawyer. From my dad's motorcycle accident to my car being rear-ended, he was very informative throughout the entire process. He always responds in a timely manner to calls and emails and was always quick to keep me updated on my case. I was given Mr. Rubin's name from a customer of mine after suffering serious injuries in a motorcycle accident that occurred in November 2010. I had actually already spoken to another attorney whom I found via a Google search, but that attorney quoted me a 10% higher contingency fee than Mr. Rubin. Mr. Rubin -- Doug -- kept me informed of all legal proceedings while I recovered from the accident, and gave me advice on what I needed to do on my end. Not only did Doug secure the maximum payout from the other party's insurance company (the other driver was at fault), but he also won an under-insured motorist's claim from my own insurance company based on the extent of my injuries and the limits of the other driver's insurance. I was truly surprised at getting this extra sum of money as I was unaware that such a claim could even be made. Additionally, Doug negotiated with the hospital that treated me, and got the medical bills I owed them reduced. (I didn't have health insurance at the time so was on the hook for $40,000+.) You will be in good hands with Doug. Every case is different, of course, so you may not get as favorable a payout as I, but Doug will certainly work to get every thing you're entitled. By the way, people, do not floor your vehicle to get through a yellow light -- especially when traffic is backed up and there are adjacent parking lots that a motorcycle rider may have just exited.
