Being arrested and having serious charges filed against you is a traumatic experience, especially when the charges filed against you are false and were made against you by someone trying to get rid of you. This is what happened to me with my ex who has a prior arrest for domestic violence. Josh brought light when all the walls around me caved in and all was dark. I was a very naive person which was what caused me to end up where I did. I was cynically made part of a judicial system that is broken, that is very much one sided, and does not allow you to fairly defend yourself on your own. When it comes to criminal process , let me start out by saying you can not afford not to hire josh , his knowledge is superior , his reputation is second to none , and he truly cares. While dealing with an aggravated stalking charge he turned what seemed to be a nightmare into history books. I was able to walk away just as clean as I was before the pending charges.
