I literally was 15 mins late & just because of that they wouldn't let me see the lawyer & to top it off they wouldn't even give me an excuse for my job. When they literally had me waiting here for more then 20 mins to tell me they couldn't give me an excuse. The lawyer told me it would only take 15-20 mins to ask me whatever he needed to ask me, they could of just let me see the lawyer since they already had me waiting 20 mins for them to say no I can't get an excuse for my job, so if I get fired I hope they give me a damn job. Bad customer service & my husband literally begged them to let him speck to the lawyer but no they refused & suppodley they are here to help the "Hispanic community" & then they wanna sit there & laugh because I asked for an excuse. Never again!!!

I visited the office today with my husband because we are trying to get him in the process of his immigration status, I was literally 15 mins late & they lady said "I told you we wasn't gonna see you, why did you come" she pissed me off. Because they had told us if we was more then 20 mins late then they wouldn't see us , I asked to get off work early and my husband missed a day from work just for NOTHING. I asked for an excuse for my job &I the lady made me wait 20mins for nothing to tell me she couldn't give me one because I didn't see the lawyer when literally in those 20 mins I could of saw the lawyer. To top it off as I was leaving she started to laugh . What wow ? & they are here to help the Hispanic community . BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE !!!!!! Don't come here people
