Professionally he is both an expert and meticulous workaholic. Personally he is a compassionate man. I've put him in some precarious situations and he's always come through for me. Saam was very accessible and helpful. He gave great advice. I came to his office thinking there was no hope for my situation and left feeling strong and empowered. I think it's because of his advice that I didn't end up having to use him as my attorney, but I know that if I'd needed to hire him I would've been in very good hands.

We had a very complicated, seemingly hopeless, dispossessory case that dragged on which no one was interested in taking on. Saam listened to my case and felt it had a logical solution. He simplified the case by sticking with the facts and had the person kicked out soon after. Saam offered different options along the way and was very easy to talk to. Saam is a rare attorney who truly cares about the client. I had two rental properties that were badly managed by the property manager resulting in over $20K loss due to damages and no-payment. Within a few minutes, he called me back, listening to my whole situation. Then he provided his thoughts and options in the most comprehensive and easy for me to understand. During the whole time, he never even thought about how he could make the most money from me, just about how he could help me first. He even suggested how I should go about collecting the proper data and the action steps to take. In the end he recommended that do something that didn’t make him any money, but it’s the right thing and the lowest cost for me to do. I’m thoroughly impressed with Saam and would definitely use him if I need anything related to real estate law.
