I hired Attorney Maillet for my traffic ticket. It was an easy process and he handled it for me without a hitch. He was very responsive and nice to speak with. I would highly recommend!!

Jarrett is the lawyer you want on your side. He has great relationships with many local law enforcement and judicial officials. He was able to drop a felon and mismindor drug charge, with no probation, just had to pay the fine that day. Highly recommended, does fantastic work!

I hired Mr. Maillet back in 2015. My case wasn't the easiest and I had never hired a lawyer before. I meet with multiple lawyers before I decided on him. He just had this sleaze ball persona about him (I though he would use that to sleaze me out of my case). Oh how I was wrong. At our first meeting I signed a contract stating: $3,500 for my services and additional $1,500 if we go to trial. I wrote and check and signed the contract(which he did NOT give me a copy of). After about 6 months he told me he needed another $3,500 from me. I didn't understand why but I just wanted this case taken care of so I took all my savings and gave it to him. I have now paid him $7,000 for a multiple MISDEMEANORS case. About 3 months later I meet with him again. He asked me where my $3,500 payment was? THANK GOD I kept the receipt he wrote me, he was trying to tell me that I never paid him the last time. Luckily I kept it in my records. And then told me I would have to pay another $1,500 for a bench trial. So in total Mr. Maillet wanted $8,500 for a case. When he asked me for the last bit of money I decided to take my business else where. While talking with my new lawyer he informed me that Mr. Maillet over charged me BIG time and that I could report him to the BAR. I tried to contact Mr. Maillet about a pratical refund, for 3 months I received no response. It wasn't until I threatened to report him to the bar that he gave me half my money back. Please please please.... find another lawyer. This man just wants to steal your money. Also he did not care about if my case won or not. He told me that I would have to plead guilty. (I won the case with my new lawyer) I would email him and if he did respond it wasn't until I would email him or call him multiple times in a row. Only times I saw him over the year of him working for me was when he wanted more money. Trust me save your time and money and go else where!

Mr. Maillet help me through a long case and was very helpful every step of the way. He is not money hungry and will work with you any way he can! I highly recommend him to anyone!

After I was charged with obstruction, I contacted Mr. Maillet to discuss options. He was very professional and let me know my options before hand. I didn't even have to speak to the judge! He had everything worked out with the clerk to where the charge was dropped after I completed the diversion plan. He always answered phone calls (even after hour) and responded to my texts. I would recommend Mr. Maillet to anyone that has a criminal charge that needs help to get a reasonable plea. He will not let you down!

If can give 10 stars to the professionalism of this attorney, I would do it. We had 3 felony charges, transporting alcoholic drinks without paying taxes, speeding ticket and no driver license. This lawyer made a deal and I just ended up paying a fine and walk out of jail! He is the best lawyer ever met, give me plenty of options and advise to resolve my case. Thank you Jarrett Maillet.

Mr. Maillet represented my husband with his DUI case. He was very professional and let us know up front what to expect. My husband was very ashamed of the situation he was in, but Mr. Maillet did not make him feel uncomfortable, and he used humor to make us feel like we were human. After we met him for the first time, we felt more relaxed about everything. He handled everything in a timely manner, including returning all phone calls. I highly recommend Jarrett Maillet because he is dependable and trustworthy.

Absolute worst experience with legal representation we've ever had. We payed $2500 to have this man represent us and it was a complete waste of time and money. We showed up to court 5 times for our DUI case. Each time we showed up we found out that we would not need to be there (mind you we live out of state) because either the trooper wasn't there or our lawyer didn't show up and we would have to call him from court to find out we didn't need to be there. He did not care about our case at all and when we became frustrated with the run around and confronted him he then asked for thousands more in order to finalize the case which was not at all what we had agreed upon in our original contract. Bottom line he took our money and failed to properly represent us and pawned us off on some other guy he claimed was another attorney we knew nothing about. What a joke and a disgrace to the legal system.
