On December 2016 I was charged with a DUI Less Safe. The next following week I call Jason Cerbone. Throughout the process I listened and applied the advice Jason gave to me. I hired two expert witnesses (One from Canada). On the day of the trial I my charge was changed to reckless driving and probation. Without Jason's his advice I truly could of been in a worse situation

Jason got my DUI dropped to reckless driving... I consider that a win. He is straight forward throughout the entire case. When we were in court the Judge knew him and his father. Very well known lawyer around these parts not only by in clients but by the court.

Jason got exactly what I wanted exactly how I wanted. I didn't want a DUI on my record. I didn't want to go to trial. He got my DUI charge reduced to Failure to exercise due care in Richmond Hill Municipal Court today. I would recommend him to anyone.

Case dismissed. Charged with DUI, DUIx2 because of a minor in the vehicle, and open container. I work for the federal government and this case has had an impact on my career. I lived out of state and after 13 months it was finally resolved. Thank you Jason!

My experience with Jason Cerbone was the best I could've imagined. He was prompt and efficient and guided me through this process professionally. He was able to reduce my DUI charge in Savannah, GA down to reckless driving based on lack of evidence on the state's part. I had been arrested by the Savannah Police Department. If I had not hired Jason I would not have been able to get the true charges I deserved and it would have been a bigger issue to deal with. I am very happy with my experience and how my case turned out.

Jason got my DUI and driving on wrong side of the road charges reduced to reckless driving in Richmond Hill today. I was arrested by the Richmond Hill Police in May, 2018. Jason is knowledgeable about the procedures of attacking a dui case by using the cop’s training manual against them.

After being arrested by the Savannah Chatham Police for DUI I contacted Jason to represent me. I feel as though I couldn't have made a better decision. His confidence in the courtroom allowed me to feel at easy during the whole process. Eventually in State Court after it was all said and done he was able to get my case DISMISSED. Highly recommend

Dui less safe reduced to reckless
I am a self employed contractor from out of state and could not have a DUI on my record. Jason was very prompt and straight forward. He put me in contact with a Field sobriety specialist and they were able to have the charges reduced to reckless driving. I would highly recommend Jason. This happened in Savannah, Georgia on I-16 with a trooper.

I'm very happy with choosing Jason Cerbone to be my attorney for my case, he showed confidence from the beginning and that was very comforting.
