I was getting no where with my disability claim. I contacted Charles and he started the wheels moving. When you have no idea what your next move is to be it is comforting to know that you do have a champion. I am sad that he has left Savannah however I wish him the best of luck. The Toledo bar has a new star.

Mr. Herman was hired to be our Union's legal representative. He has done an impressive job of research, opinion writing and representing our interests. Mr. Herman was hired while working here in Savannah Ga., we were so impressed with his ability, that when he and his family moved back to OH, we continued to utilize Mr. Herman. I can personally vouch for Attorney Herman - an excellent lawyer who saved me from a legal limbo nightmare. Suffice it to say, I was involved in an inordinately long and exhaustive "Probationary Period" with the State Courts and Att. Herman stepped in and came close to getting the whole thing stopped right then and there! HE WAS SUPERB! I was kept informed - prepared - updated, every step of the way. Calls were returned, questions answered (and if he didn't know the answer, he knew how to get it) and he was on his "A" game @ every meeting we had. It was the first time I have ever dealt with an Attorney who actually seemed to care. AND WHO DELIVERED. This guy is great - Highly Recommend
