From start to finish I could not have asked for a better experience or personal attention to my case. Courtney and everyone in her office are top notch, caring, and professional. I was in a situation where I could have easily ended up spending time in jail, but because of Courtney and her team I was able to settle my case by paying a fine and doing some community service. I had a couple of traffic tickets, including one for no insurance due to a mix up with my insurance provider. Courtney, Jenna, and the team at The Lerch Firm jumped on the case a couple of days later and started working with the municipal court and eventually had it transferred to State Court. They kept on the case and got all charges dismissed. If you are ever in need of an attorney, don't hesitate to call them!!

It had been 14 years since I had my driving privileges I was dealing with two states Georgia where I got my DUIs and I now live in Florida. Miss Courtney wasted no time as soon as I told her about my case she jumped right on it within 2 weeks she knew more than all the three lawyers I had hired before her. She easily outperformed. All three of them and gave me a decent rate as well and was willing to let me make payments. If anybody has ever dealt with getting your privileges restored when you're working with two different states it can be very difficult. Mrs.learch helped me when i got into trouble and she was there for me. When my car broke down she picked me up on my court date. You will be happy when you. Choose her. She is sweet,kind. I could go all on and on but if u need a lawyer she is the best one. I would use anyone else

I was put in touch with Ms. Lerch via a friend after being blindsided by a legal matter. Having had no previous experience in dealing with law enforcement or any allegation of legal misdeeds beyond a traffic violation, I was terrified. I was able to speak with Ms. Lerch within an hour of receiving her contact information. Within the next half hour she contacted the involved parties, intercepted harassing phone calls and emails, and diffused what could have been a very inflammatory situation. I am grateful for her representation in this matter and with Ms. Lerch advocating on my behalf, I was able to return to my family and work knowing that Lerch Law Firm would manage any threats.
