DUI less safe, Speeding, Failure to maintain lane reduced to Failure to use due care in Liberty County In Hinesville, GA I was charged with DUI less safe, Speeding 35 mph over, and Failure to maintain lane by the Liberty County Sheriff's Office. Jason got all three charges reduced to Failure to use due care. Couldn’t be happier with the results!
