David Schachter helped me thru my case against Amanda love.. he literally destroyed her, I’ve never met anyone so proud on what he does. The way he switches gears is incredible. He goes from being nice and friendly but once he steps into that court room he goes into attack mode during trial.. he is a surgeon in civil law, THE ART OF WAR! He keeps this book right next to you while seated in his office. While being counseled he goes straight to the point with you. After a long journey of 10 years and several court hearings I can truly say there is no other attorney that I would trust to fight for the safety of my child other than David Schacthner. David is a very busy, very sought after attorney and with good reason, you wont find another attorney of his caliber. Even with his busy schedule he always makes time for important preparation even if he has to sacrifice his personal time on a Sunday evening. His ability to quickly review, process and retain so many intricate details of your personal case while also dealing with other clients is truly an astounding gift. David is brutally honest without sugarcoating things, he says the difficult realistic truth that you don’t want to hear and I’ve learned over the years why this is so important. I’ve spent the majority of my daughter’s life fighting for her safety from an extremely dangerous, relentless and deceptive person. Finding yourself in the middle of a custody battle is stressful & overwhelming enough & I would never wish such a terrifying situation on anyone. I have known so many other parents with similar situations and I was horrified to hear about the the level of incompetence and lack of professionalism presented by their hired council which paled in comparison to my experience with David Schacthner and his team which has been by far exemplary. I was so blessed to find David Schacthner in 2013. During my very first consultation with him he took immediate action to cancel a hearing that had been scheduled without my knowledge and set up a strategy to gain evidence of the level of deception I was dealing with. We were able to prove the fraud upon the court in two separate cases and I walked away with full legal custody with the plaintiff only being awarded supervised visitation indefinitely!! Unfortunately it has been a continuous battle with my child being abused even with supervision but again under David’s advisement and years of fighting justice has prevailed and my child is protected!! I know that could not have been achieved If I had hired another attorney. He is expensive but he will deliver results that exceed your expectations and that makes it worth every penny!! If you find yourself in a custody battle he is the fighter you want by your side. His level of experience, knowledge of the law, ferocity in the courtroom & passion for justice is the combination that you need if you truly want to protect your child.
