David, Brett and Andrea were a great team. They helped get through a very unique and long drawn out divorce and custody battle. David and Brett worked through weekends and late into many evenings to get prepared. Sometimes it is times is difficult to get a hold of David, this shows he is in high demand. However, when he engages in the court room, he has a strong ability to find ways to make things happen. I would highly recommend the team at Schachter Law Firm.

I had a very urgent situation that required an emergency protection order. I looked online and read all the amazing reviews and spoke with some friends here in Savannah that couldn't recommend David enough. I was absolutely adamant I needed David for my situation. I phoned David's office and David immediately made time for me despite his busy schedule and it being his day off/ work from home day. I was worried I would be a nervous wreck but David was so kind and caring and instantly put me at ease. After hearing my situation he immediately began drafting a protective order and spent the following three hours with me getting it ready for court. He got me in front of a judge the very next morning despite courts being at limited operations due to Covid 19. In front of the judge he was so clear and knew all the facts of my case and he of course got my life, house, dogs and possessions back in one morning. I cannot emphasize enough how much David helped me change my life in a matter of a week and get my two fur babies back from my ex. I have recommended him to a number of friends and colleagues. He is simply the best. Thank you David from the bottom of my heart. You got my life back together and helped me start my next chapter.

I typically don’t leave reviews, but since I went with this attorney based solely on the outstanding Google reviews...here I go. Paid for a consultation. Was running an hour late, which stuff happens so that was fine. Thought we came up with a clear plan. Left. Never heard back. Waited about two weeks, called and left message with the front desk. Never heard back. Waited another week, called again. Never heard back. Needless to say we found someone else. Not sure where the raving reviews came from? We didn’t even have a complicated case. Oh well.
