DON'T HIRE THIS ATTORNEY UNLESS YOU WANT TO GO TO JAIL!!! He doesn't return phone calls, he does'nt show up for court, he doesn't inform his clients of upcoming court dates and MOST importantly he won't advise nor represent you in a manner that would be in your what's in your best interest. I'd venture to say he doesn't review cases until day of court. He works for the prosecution...not his client! UPDATE 10/4/22: As you can see Joey responded to my previous message with BS. I hired another attorney to represent my brother and Joey was subpoenaed to appear in court TODAY, however, he DIDN’T SHOW….AGAIN!! But he states he’s doing all he can to have my brother exonerated…COMPLETE BS. Now my brother has to wait until December to see if he’ll show 🤬. GET IT TOGETHER JOEY OR STOP REPRESENTING CASES THAT YOU HAVE NO BUSINESS REPRESENTING! You’ve not returned phone calls and emails from his new attorney and now a subpoena…WTH seriously?!?

I don’t even know where to start, I had an incident occurred that was not my fault back in 2019. I hired Mr. Turner who stated he will try his best to make sure I got the defense I deserved. Due to Covid-19 the case kept getting pushed back and the prosecution wanted me to plead. I asked Mr. Tuner to fight, he said he would. As time went by I was getting worried because I didn’t hear anything about the case. Mr. Tuner advised me to this was normal due to issues around Covid19. Now thanks to him everything turn out great and the case was dismissed. The court system are crazy right now due to covid19 but Mr. Turner did a great job and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him.

Joey did great and honestly can't thank him enough. My honey is coming home.

Did what he said he'd do! Sometimes was hard to get ahold of but I've found that most lawyers are. Be patient and it will all work out. Would use Joey again!

An attorney is hard to find, but one willing to go to win for you with integrity and not muddying the waters worse than the situation at hand to me is smart. The devil is always in the details in your cases a smart attorney is what we need to mediate for us when we aren’t ones left with the energy but still willing to fight the fight until the end. In the end, Joey wants results and he is willing to work for his clients in fairness and for my case and which all cases are different just knowing my attorney is willing to go the extra mile in my case and stand for and with me means a lot to me! And, that speaks volume always!

I hired Mr.Turner second week in December for my boyfriends case which was pretty complicated and quite the web. He was quick to put in all the necessary requests and documents to da and court. The da drug their tails but Mr.Turner stayed on them to fight for his client. In just about a months time he has got the case in front of the judge and resolved. After sitting in Chatham for months with nothing happening from the public defenders we are so very happy to have him home and the case finally resolved thanks to Mr.Turner. He is very friendly and does his absolute best to make things happen! His assistant is also so amazing! Always answering that phone with a smile you can hear through the phone. Thank you so much Mr.Turner for your help in such a complex case. I called several lawyers and many of them had no hope for the case and gave us awful best case situations but not Mr.Turner! And the icing on the cake? His prices and the fact that he offers a payment plan for those that need a good lawyer but can’t afford a large upfront charge makes his firm all the better. If you are looking for a great and affordable attorney, he is your guy! From one business owner to another, congrats on being such a great company and fighting for your clients.

My experience with the Turner's Firm was amazing. Mr. Turner is a wonderful man. It was no hesitation to take on my case. He was very caring, always there to answer any questions that I had. Mr. Turner kept me up to date on everything. When he said he was going to do something, it was done! All I can say is WOW, you are truly a blessing!

Mr. Turner is an excellent attorney. He worked on my case for years, and went to court for me on countless occasions, with out me being inconvenienced to attend, until he had my charge dismissed. I highly recommend him!

Our experience with the Turner Firm has been a good one. Mr. Turner has always been there to answer any questions or talk about any concerns. His staff is friendly and helpful. He was also fairly priced coming to him in such short notice. Other lawyers were ridiculously priced when we needed them quickly. Have not gone to court yet but will be recommending him to other clients when they need him.

Hired Mr. Turner in April paid him in full for a modification hearing that wasn’t filed until October here it is December almost January and still no court date for the modification hearing he doesn’t return phone calls emails or text messages it’s like playing a game of cat and mouse it’s ridiculous I was lied to for months and months on in he was hired for my best friend who is sitting in prison so I guess if your out of sight out of mind for him this should of been handled in April when he was paid I have to say I’m very disappointed seeing how he came highly recommended
