Julie was an excellent advocate for what I needed. She had to navigate through some unexpected and difficult situations which occurred, which were a surprise to both of us, with unreasonable people, but Julie remained calm and professional. RESPONSE TO YOUR RESPONSE: I was NEVER asked to pay a consultation fee! You stated you answered my questions completely. This is UNTRUE.According to my call log, we were only on the phone a total of 2 MINUTES and 48 SECONDS. Part of that was you asking me questions about how I located you before we ever started discussing my issue. I tried asking a question when you VERY rudely and VERY loudly sighed. That is when I said never mind and hung up. I was dumbfounded at your lack of professionalism and manners. When someone calls an attorney, something tragic happened to them. Maybe there is no merit or no case. But who knows because I was not listened to. Last time I checked, empathy and kindness are FREE! You don't know if I have a case or not because in 2min and 48sec all had NOT been said. I have thanked you for your time but obviously you feel.I owe you for it. If you make $400/hr then rounding up to 3 minutes, I will happily pay you the $19.98 of your time that you feel I wasted or that you so "generously" gave me. You may send me your Zelle Information to the number that you texted me on when you demanded that I delete the review and I will immediately pay you for the $19.98 of time that I used! ORIGINAL REVIEW: I called the law office seeking advice, to see if he could take my case. As I am explaining my situation and asking questions, trying to figure out what my options are and what i can do, he sighs very loudly. REALLY?! What kind of attorney does that? I would NOT recommend you call this attorney as he is quite rude and acts like you are bothering him. I am dumbfounded at his reaction and response.

First, Roland responded very quickly even though it was late afternoon on the Friday before a holiday weekend.
