Mr Johnston and Mrs Brandi have been nothing but kind, caring, very informative, always kept me updated at all times. Mr Johnston truly believe in going the extra mile for all his clients. To him your not just a number. He actually truly cares. And he is very good at what he does, he knows what to expect, very knowledgable. I will definitely be using him again!!!!! I had Jason Cerbone as my lawyer on a DUI case in the Chatham County State Court, he did an excellent job and we got what I wanted out of the case. My DUI was reduced down to reckless driving. I would definitely recommend hiring him.

Jason Cerbone by all means know the law when it comes to DUI cases. After a long two years of court Mr. Cerbone found a way to defeat my case by using the Elliot v. State case. My charges was dropped to reckless driving and all my other charges were dropped. I highly recommend him for anyone who find themselves in the same situation and need great advice.

On December 2016 I was charged with a DUI Less Safe. The next following week I call Jason Cerbone. Throughout the process I listened and applied the advice Jason gave to me. I hired two expert witnesses (One from Canada). On the day of the trial I my charge was changed to reckless driving and probation. Without Jason's his advice I truly could of been in a worse situation

Jason got my DUI dropped to reckless driving... I consider that a win. He is straight forward throughout the entire case. When we were in court the Judge knew him and his father. Very well known lawyer around these parts not only by in clients but by the court.

Jason got exactly what I wanted exactly how I wanted. I didn't want a DUI on my record. I didn't want to go to trial. He got my DUI charge reduced to Failure to exercise due care in Richmond Hill Municipal Court today. I would recommend him to anyone.
