John has been amazing in handling my family law case. He is very prompt in returning my calls and answering any questions I have. He has provided realistic expectations for my case and has been extremely supportive and helpful throughout the entire process.

I hired John Carson for a custody case with a particularly difficult defendant. He navigated through many obstacles thrown our way meant to derail or otherwise make winning a much harder feat. I'm happy to say we did end up winning our case and I have a lot of respect for John and his swift, honest and concise approach as an attorney.

I had John Carson as an attorney that pulled a Alex Murdaugh on me. I paid him a retainer to handle a family law case that he assured me he had experience during. Instead he used up my retainer and did nothing in my case but drain my funds. He wasted my retainer on emails and calls until I finally fired him. I would not recommend John for any legal services. John is the legal professional which is why he was hired. He knew from the beginning after he was given multiple pages of documents to review whether or not the case could be successfully pleaded. No matter what a client ask him to do, he should not take a case that he knows can not legally pleaded due to prior legal issues. The reference to Murdaugh is not fair because Murdaugh actually was successful in winning his cases for his clients before taking their money.

My attorney was JOHN CARSON! I hired him to represent me in my legitimation case . I had no rights to my child in the state of GEORGIA…. But mr. Carson fought very hard for my rights as a father . As justice system fails when it comes to fathers rights. I walked out of court room with Custody, visitation and main important legitimation! John Carson is very knowledgeable,professional, he knows the law! And will fight for his clients. John has an excellent reputation in the court room. He was communicating with me even on the weekends or holidays he would return my calls and most importantly texts me which was very helpful. John went thru every detail of my case as legal terms can be very tricky to understand. Also I had a bad financial situation during my case but John provided me with the payment plan. Which most lawyers don’t do. John showed me he cared for me and my child. He did a tremendous job! Thank you John!

John Carson is your guy, if you don’t like talking on the phone and prefer quick texts he’s perfect for that. Helped me out greatly and put my mind at ease. Highly recommend John for anyone who could use his council.

Boone and Bobby were amazing!! He came to see me right away all the way in Effingham county jail, always returned my calls quickly and was readily available anytime I needed him. Boone got me a bond when the public defender tried and failed. The best was yet to come..he got my charges (two felonies) dismissed!! Their dismissal was a direct result of his expertise and tenacity. I Don't intend on ever needing the services of a criminal attorney again, but if I do you can bet I'm calling Boone!
