Dui less safe reduced to reckless
I am a self employed contractor from out of state and could not have a DUI on my record. Jason was very prompt and straight forward. He put me in contact with a Field sobriety specialist and they were able to have the charges reduced to reckless driving. I would highly recommend Jason. This happened in Savannah, Georgia on I-16 with a trooper.

I'm very happy with choosing Jason Cerbone to be my attorney for my case, he showed confidence from the beginning and that was very comforting. Jason helped me to avoid jail on my 2nd DUI charge in five years. I plead my case out, and got no jail time in the State Court of Chatham County. I was impressed with his experience and professionalism. I feel that I received good counsel throughout the experience. Would recommend for anyone facing a DUI charge.

Jason was the perfect choice to handle my DUI case, I wish I had gone with him sooner. After separating from my initially hired attorney due to lack of determination to receive the best outcome for me I found Jason on Avvo and he was definitely the opposite. Before my case was scheduled to go to trial Jason managed to get my charge reduced from DUI to reckless driving which was the outcome I was hoping for.
