Edit, as you can see below, Manley form ready to defend poor customer service to the end. I’m not mad about what you can’t do. It was the gaslighting and not being clear in informing me of what could or could not be done. If it has simply been a conversation of, oh we can’t help you, but maybe go here, that would be normal. But you are purposely confusing, gaslighting and superior. In the end, you’ll defend that too. You have no room for improvement. Perfect in every way in your mind. I just hope other people see this and realize what they are getting into when they work with you. If you are having a stressful day, the client feels it. I think honestly that’s what that day was. She was stressed and took it out on me when she could have straight forward told me this is not what she does or hell, just say “I don’t want to.” Just be mature. You are delusional if you think I was upset because you didn’t do what I wanted you to. But you are lawyers, you made an entire profession out of being difficult and deceptive. It’s what you are good at. If folks want an advocate who works with them to make sure communication is clear and stressful situations are less stressful, you just aren’t it. Just look at all your responses, it’s clear, you think you rock at customer service and no complaint is valid. Hired the firm a few years ago to secure a lien, the situation was left that I would be contacted if the property was being sold. Recently the property was being sold. The attorney thoroughly communicated with my ex, but told me nothing of how things were to happen. When I requested to be represented again, she purposely pretended to misunderstand me and answered questions I was not asking. It was like being gaslighted and like the previous conversation was not had or she had heard something completely different. She kept pretending I was asking for services I wasn’t. At the point I told her I was just done, I would find any attorney except her, she had to have the last word with a sarcastic email ending with “no need to contact me further.” Like I wanted to? You are the most difficult people to deal with making the hardest situations harder.

Check some of their responses to other negative reviews. That's exactly how they communicate with you as soon as the money is in escrow. Once the one junior competent attorney left the whole thing fell apart. Purvis kept me up until 2 am the night before trial cursing at me and pushing me to take a settlement that completely contradicted everything they had said up to that point. While looking for a new junior attorney they went 2-3 weeks at a time without replying to emails. Once a new junior attorney did come on she repeatedly billed me to go into the emails that had been CC'd to everybody and find find documents for her. They gave me advice that completely contradicted all of their advice we had followed and paid for up to that point. Alisha is incapable of sending an email that isn't an argument. I have been trying to get my case file from them for 5 months. My new attorney has requested it from them. Nothing. It took them 3 months to refund the remaining balance in the escrow account after they withdrew. The word the lady at the bar used to describe them when I finally got them involved sums this firm up quite well "abhorrent"

Do not use these people if your filing for divorce, my ex wife has given them plenty of money when ever they asked for it all the while both parties have signed the divorce papers and has been sitting in front of a judge to signed because it is a no contest divorce. They filled a motion for withdraw to the courts and they didn’t have consent to do so, when they have a client attorney responsibility to the client. It’s has been almost a year since signing the papers, no court date set, no correspondence, just a withdraw from the courts on their own part without consult. They were paid to perform a service in the best interest of the client and decided to act on their own terms against the wishes of the client. Update: I may have been the opposing party to the client, but doesn't negate the true facts of my statement. Especially when both parties are actively communicating between each other in regards to the matter. Do not trust these people with your money. They will keep making up excuses to why you need to keep paying them more money to do what you hired them to do.
