I got a DUI when I was visiting from out of state. This law firm was extremely helpful and professional. She handled everything with minimal input from me. I would definitely recommend!

During the height of COVID, I was charged with DUI and received several other related citations. A South Carolina resident, I had no idea where to begin in procuring a quality defense attorney. After researching Stacey, I made a phone call and within minutes I knew I found the right representation. She was honest and thorough in explaining the realities of my predicament. Because of the significant backlog of COVID cases, we continued to be delayed yet Stacey remained available and accessible through the entire 33 month span from arrest to plea. Stacey helped me in 2021 after I had a little mess up in GA. She was like a knight at the round table and helped me get my case dismissed. Now, 2 years later, I'm having another issue and I couldn't get help from anyone and Stacey has been assisting me even though she didn't have to. 5 stars doesn't even come close to the rating she deserves for her willingness to go above and beyond.

I swear my hair was falling out cuz of this case. I had a public defender and had to go to court with no answers and a different lawyer everytime. I called around and ms. Stacy explained things to me and told me what i should really expect. She never told me i had a great case she jsut told me what i really needed to hear and thats the truth. She explained it and i like that. I needed to hear the truth not just bs to get my money. She got me a good deal.

You don't want to face the courts without a good lawyer. Stacy was caring. Stacy kept us informed and she got the job done.

Stacey pushed hard for us. She explained the prosecutor changed on the case a few times and she'd start over again with the next prosecutor. We could look the case up online and see the name changes. I think we had 4 prosecutors but she pushed through and finally got us the deal we asked for. We worked with another lawyer than didn't answer phone calls or emails so we feel lucky we found her.

I would give zero stars if I could! Nancy DeVetter never returns phone calls or doesn't do what she says she's going to do. She had the unmitigated gall, nerve and audacity to email me this morning soliciting me for business since not hearing from her since 10/13/2021. She's not dependable or reliable. I wouldn't recommend this law firm if my life depended on it! 😡🤮
