I am blessed to have found the Ozer Law firm. I had gotten myself into an unfortunate situation while visiting Tybee Island. I live over 5.5 hours away which would make handling a case very hard for me. I was in contact with many other local attorneys seeking advice on the best way to handle the case. All of them were wanting to charge me $2,500-$3,500 to fight for me to have a pre-trial diversion. I was directed to contact the Ozer Law Firm to see what they could do for me. Jennifer Ozer responded to my email promptly with great direction. She advised me to continue the case so she could review my case and further aid me. After a few days I received an email stating that I could apply for pre-trial diversion and list Over as my attorney. I was accepted for the program with minimal fees and community service. When I asked what I owed for the services I was told that I was not being charged and she was delighted to help me. In a time of need where many other attorneys tried to take advantage of me and my situation, the Ozer Law Firm took great care of me. I'm no stranger to making mistakes, in fact, I've made numerous mistakes throughout my life. All with varying degrees of consequences. All mistakes, before I turned 18 seemed rather trivial in the grand scheme of things. I was an invincible know-it-all whose rebelliousness had ample justification! Perhaps that is a shared perspective amongst most teens. Of course, that perspective gets one hell of a wake up call once we've crossed the threshold into adulthood. At least mine did. I found myself at the rock bottom of everything, a rural county jail some 30 miles from any and every where. A northern city girl, facing her first felony charges in one of the most conservative counties in the deep south. At first I was angry, then scared, then mortified a cycle which repeated itself upteen times durning my 16 month time out. I was eventually granted a bond. I knew that if I made any false step, I would be right back in the jail cell repeating a vicious cycle of unproductive negativity. I had to change just about everything; my mentality, my attitude, my perspective, and my actions. Enter Jennifer Ozer! She contacted me after hearing a little about my case from another attorney I had contacted is a desperate attempt to clear up a bench warrant that had been issued against me. The timing was incredible because I was lost in a sea of worry and anguish. I was wasn't sleeping, my panic attacks were occurring in rapid succession to the point where I was afraid to leave my house. But the universe put us in contact and she has been one of the most positive people I've ever encountered in my life. She refused to be intimidated by a system that had thoroughly intimidated me. She reassured me that this was not going to be my demise! She filled me with confidence at every stem in this legal process. Her poise, effort, and tenacity kept me out of jail. And her dedication and experience got the prosecutor to accept her terms on an incredible plea deal. I've never quite felt comfortable in a court room. All the police and attorneys looking sharp compared to the many people trying to request leniency before a judge, it has just always seemed very unbalanced to me. But when I walked into the courtroom with Ms. Ozer as my counsel, I genuinely felt like I was not fighting the system by myself. It felt like there was a compassionate advocate on my side. It made me feel like I was someone, after being dragged through a system where you're treated like your no one. She's a warrior for justice. She's unflinching and steady. And she's the most phenomenal attorney I could have ever asked for! Thank you Thank you!

Ms. Goad was absolutely 100% worth every dime paid for her services. In the beginning she asked my husband what he had hoped to achieve from her services and he responded... no jail time and to keep his license. She was able to work a miracle with his case being an uphill battle to begin with. She was able to keep him out of jail with keeping his license and the unthinkable of being able to make the dui go away all together. She worked with me even when my husband was unavailable to do so for himself. Even though we live 2 1/2 hours away from her offices and the court his case was heard she was able to work with us via email and or text. She was compassionate of our situation and worked tirelessly for my husband. She quickly responded to any questions either of us had at any given time. Weekends, after hours ...she responded. She doesnt give you answers to just appease you. Shes honest about the services she can provide . I thank her , my husband definitely thanks her as well as our extended family.
