The environment was pleasant. They were very professional and knowledgeable. They were detail oriented. Everything was explained and there was documentation to show what was being done and how it would be done. All of my questions were answered. They were never too busy to respond either by email or via phone. I would recommend others to Bass Law🤩

Words cannot explain the level of experience and knowledge Mrs. Bass has!!! She was very persistent and kept me informed along the way. She has great communication and writing skills also a great listener. She is not the lawyer that talks in lawyer terms, she breaks everything down so you can understand. 5 stars is an insult! Dondra and her staff went above and beyond. Very professional, personable, accommodating and pleasantly aggressive. I never had to call the office for updates. She kept me well informed with my case and did not sugarcoat anything, very straightforward. I would recommend this firm to anybody, any day. Great job and thanks so much for everything!

All I can say is small Firm but Big fight…. These ladies rock!!! Dondra and her team fought for my daughter and I through this entire process. I was heavily communicated with and I was always made aware of any and all updates!! I so appreciate the phone calls, birthday cards and consideration that was taken while in their care!!
