Billy and Michelle are just the best. Very communicative and there to answer any questions we have at any time. Everything runs very smoothly from start to finish with each transaction we've closed with them. Billy is extremely knowledgeable and has helped with even the oddest of requests. I also love how organized and easy to find all paperwork is for each closing which is key for every transaction. Looking forward to continuing to use Billy in the future!

Day of closing they had nothing ready, I had to reschedule to the following Monday which was to another month and was charged extra interest and other fees ... all they could say they were sorry because they had no attorneies to finish my closing cause he had a family event.
