I have had the most exceptional experience with letting The Nye Law Team handle my DUI case. Specifically the attorney, JD Maines. Extremely easy to talk to and he will give you options on which way he predicts the case going. Very upfront with the Best/Worst case scenarios. He also eased my stress by handling my DUI court case when I could not physically be present. The result was having my first DUI case dropped. I HIGHLY recommend!

I had a legal issue I have been trying to rectify for over 15 years, I was referred to this practice and specifically JD Maines from a friend. I had my doubts bc I've delt with several lawyers for this same issue, payed money and had no results to say the least. After contacting this firm it was a very short time before I had a honest assessment of the situation at hand, they genuinely cared and long story short my situation was taken care of so i can now move on in life. Id lost all hope before making that call and it was the best decision I could've ever made.

Nye Law group is Amazing! For years my family have been clients with this law group. Jackie, where do I start? I lost my queen, my mom in May. Jackie was there for my family. When have you ever seen that happen with a law firm. Any questions I ever had she answered right away. She has a very calming spirit. They are very blessed to have her. She is very knowledgeable, and a person of her word. It is very hard to find a law firm that is truly there for you, and who actually cares about your case.

I've used them 2 different time's Mr. Nye and Mrs.Jackie are the best they're going to make sure you get what you deserve and they're not going to low ball you at. Even when you dnt hear from them believe me the they're still working in your favor. Will i use them again if need be yes!! Indeed i will I referr all my family and friend's to them

JD is by far one of the most professional individuals I have conducted business with in my life. I came to him with a serious case during a pandemic and it was resolved in a little over a month. He was straight forward from the day I met him. During the time I had an open investigation, he was very prompt with any updates he received with the detective. I was at a standstill with work and gave JD an update, he contacted the detective and within a couple of days I received news that the investigation had been dropped. I could tell JD was genuinely happy for me when it was all over. From my experience I would recommend the NYE law firm for anyone.

Would not even talk to me about my VA claim/appeal. Said they only worked with vets when appeal would take them to 100% disability. I have 3 diagnosed issues with additional secondary issues. I'm already at 90% and just one more claim will take me over 100%. Apparently they didn't see a big enough cash cow to make it worth their time. After all, law practice is about making money and not justice. I advised them other attorneys were willing to help so I didn't need their services. We had an exchange of emails in which he had an arrogant cocky attitude saying he would let other attorneys handle it. I advised him I wasn't his choice because I had already eliminated him from my list of potentials. He never said anything about not being able to handle my case but instead that it wasn't worth his time. I don't bash and do online reviews. Anyone can pay to have a website built with flowing words to market themselves as someone for the little guy but don't buy it. There are PLENTY of real options available. Just keep looking

Mr.JD Maines was absolutely amazing , he took on our case and did whatever he could to get us the best out come even though he was hired to help my boyfriend he worked just as hard for me any questions I had he would answer, and if he wasn’t available when or if I had a concern Mrs Jo Ann was always a great help I would highly recommend Mr. JD for all your legal needs .
