I was rear ended. Went through months of therapy and emotional distress. My case mgr. Melissa was very attentive to my case. She cared about my issues and condition. I would call to vent because of bills adding up, lost wages and lost job. She never made me feel like she was too busy to listen. And she showed compassion and empathy. I also received phone calls and emails regarding my case from my Atty Stephanie. Another jewel God placed in my life. She would call me to inform me about my case and what was going on. I never was in the dark about anything. She fought for me, she understood my pain and didn't back down when the insurance company offer her a settlement that was refused. I wasn't just a number on their roster I was an individual with a situation that the staff took time out to listen and call me. Not only did I receive calls about the case but also just to see how I was feeling. I appreciated that because she comprehended my situation as a human being not a paycheck. I would recommend this law firm because they have chosen to do what others won't and that's obeying the word of God which clearly states in Luke 6:31 DO UNTO OTHERS AS YOU WOULD HAVE THEM DO UNTO YOU.
