If your looking for a firm that cares about their client then look no further. I worked with Mr. Middleton and Mr.Gates. They both represented my son. Usually, one lawyer takes the case but not at this firm. They will tag team your case and It didn’t cost me extra money. They work together. I also like how your aware of the plans prior to court. We had a plan A, B and C. Needless to say we didn’t even need plan B or C. I’m so happy I choose this firm and you will be too.

First of all amazing Coustomer service , Mr Middleton went above and beyond for me. Very attentive, He does his due diligence. I went through 2 lawyers I paid in full in 2 and a half years before him on this same case they wanted me to plea out to something I didn’t do It’s been a battle. when I hired Mr Middleton he got right on it, his assistant Brianna is wonderful. I hired him in February it is now MAY 11th he was able to get a dismissal…. He made me feel comfortable, trial can be very nerve-racking, Mr. Middleton made me feel confident he actually showed compassion for my family and I. He literally did in 3 months what 2 previous attorneys couldn’t do and 2 1/2 years. All out thanks to Cox, Rodman & Middleton! Mr. Middleton, your help with the Amendment to our HOA Covenant Rules & Restrictions was extremely well prepared and helpful. The clarity of your presentation and information around our need to amend our CR&R made the process much easier and eliminated a potentially cumbersome and heated Annual HOA Meeting. With your counsel the Amendment was adopted unanimously with very little need for additional clarification. Excellent! Thank you from our entire neighborhood.
