As is my attorney I never have a problem getting intouch with him Lora Hodges will always keep you updated on your case and call when they know or get an offer they are great they want waste your time very nice when you do have a question or questions I would have to say 5stars thanks for the help .

The Brown Firm provided me with excellent service. My attorney Adam Saxe and Case Manager Annoda were phenomenal!! I was involved in every aspect of my case. Attorney Saxe explained things in a way that were very understandable. Annoda displayed true compassion and concern for how I was doing throughout and after the process. I have been dealing with these wonderful people for a few months. Alex is very professional, honest and straight to the point. I also love my new case manager... I can ask her anything and she is very knowledgeable. She replaced my old case manager who seemed upbeat and professional at first but then seemed to stop caring during this process so overall I would recommend them to my friends family and you guys too!

I have not had good quality treatment with this company involving my case personally. I’ve been passed around to a few lawyers and paralegals and I don’t have anything positive to say, other then they are polite by phone. This company is not organized, they don’t call back or email back on a timely basis and I do not suggest going with The Brown Firm. If it was possible to give this company a “Zero” I would. Very disappointed in the services!
