I was involved in a six car accident on July 5, 2021. I contacted Jamie Casino law firm quickly due to the injuries I sustained as a result of the car accident. My first point of contact was KP. Throughout the entire process KP would communicate with me at top notch levels.. If she didn't know the answer, she would put me on a brief hold and find the answers.. She truly was one of my biggest advocates within the law firm. So this is my shout out to KP for all she did to assist me and my case from the onset at day 1 to today where we are at the finish line. I had become unemployed unable to work due to my injuries and my husband was missing a lot of work because of where we lived and no other family living close by to help. He had to drive me to and from treatments, Dr appointments and so on and so forth. So financially we became strapped with all his lost income from dealing with me. We were facing homelessness for the second time from chain reaction my injuries from the accident. The at fault drivers insurance had decided to give me what the amount Alex Salzillo had asked for on my behalf. Alex's persuasion had secured maximum pay from the at fault drivers' insurance company. I digress , Back to Crystal the office manager. I explained to her what was going on financially with me and that I not only was facing immediate homelessness, but there was going to be no Christmas at my house for my grandchildren because of the financial ruin this had placed me in. Crystal opened and looked into my file and said hold on I can take care of that and sent me an advance that paid all my bills and made sure I could buy my grandchildren Christmas.. So Crystal and KP have been a huge blessing through this all. They have shown me kindness, compassion and care all while remaining professional. I highly recommend this law firm for all your personal injury legal needs.
