I do not recommend this lawyer. I’m Still waiting on my paperwork to be submitted to the Judicial board. I paid all my fees in full to be told he has other cases that have come up after my case.

Attorney Ervin was an excellent advisor during my personal injury claim. I was in a terrible auto accident and not only was he passionate towards my circumstance, he also did not over charge me. He kept in contact with me and walked me through the entire process. I was very pleased with my settlement and I would refer his services to anyone that I know has been injured.
