They take extremely long to handle your case and nobody gets back in touch with you about anything unless you are harassing them or blowing up their office phones. The attorney over my case is Brianna Lucas.

Farah & Farah is not Faira. I literally had a case they were handling with me and my father. They took forever to get us info, never answered the phone, and to top it off told me we didn't have a case because conflict of interest. Went to Karsmen Makenzie & Hart of Savannah was so professional and took my case we signed a waiver with my dad and got us the max amount. Do not go with these people. They have to many people and they only take cases they guaranteed to win. Smh

I Had three different attorneys assign to my case at different times. The first one left the firm, don't know when the second one left and I was assigned a third one who I was able to speak to just once. Never could get anyone to call me back when I had a question, got a reply only when I emailed them. Only able to speak to the case manager. Attorneys wasn't assigned locally in Savannah.
