In probate, I needed assistance with a somewhat convoluted small estate, joint banking account. I contacted Meyerson Law Firm for guidance and assistance in resolving the matter. In one phone call, I received the needed procedure to resolve the issue. The firm quoted the fees for their involvement in the issue and assigned an individual to process my legal documents through the court. The entire process was conducted exactly as stated by the firm and I have nothing but praise for their professionalism and concern. I have no reservations in my endorsement of this legal firm. We used the Myerson Law Firm for our estate planning and they were excellent. The initial consult examined our needs and recommended what we needed. Seth created the documents that included Power of Attorney, Health Proxy, and our Will. We received the documents through their portal. The final step was we came in reviewed the documents got explanations and signed. Very easy and thorough process.

Beware!!! Was referred by Legal Shield and this law firm didn't represented my family to the fullest at all. Never went to court only filed a few motions. Requested an additional retainer of 3500.00 Couldn't and didn't provide an itemized account of the initial 5000.00 dollar retaine paid. Our family lives in another state. We needed to hire counsel within the state of Georgia for our situation. Communication was poor and at times days later when you did get a response it was a complete stranger that really had no knowledge of your case. Please don't use this law firm you will regret it. We also asked for a refund of half and to provide my family of an itemized statement to show just to keep entire retainer. Seth Meyerson and group never fulled their obligation to my family. Im certain they will find someone to follow up with a positive review but just remember i normally don't write reviews but this firm has to be confronted with the false image they present

We could not be happier with the service we received from the Meyerson Law Firm. Beginning with the consultation to reviewing the final documents, the staff was attentive to our questions and concerns and addressed every one. They also are incredibly responsive to any questions that may arise in the process. So glad we chose this law firm to handle such important legal matters for us.

The Law Firm was a God send to us. We have 3 mentally handicapped adult children. We needed trusts and other legal documents. Cynthia was our attorney. She and the rest of the staff were GREAT!. They explained step by step and answered any questions or concerns we had.
