I am a full time student athlete. Many know what the amount of stress that can put on someone. With my case my life was piled with so much stress and anxiety because I did not want this to ruin my career as an athlete, especially affect me at the institution I attend. I found Mr. Jimenez online very easily. He’s Legit and most importantly as an independent student athlete he was AFFORDABLE. He was able to get me a plea deal as soon as he hopped on the case. I hired Suri to handle my DUI case. I'm 52 and have never had any kind of drug or alcohol charge. He said he charges $5k. He was NOT forthcoming about "if the full court fees were not paid in full the day of court, that I would be on probation even after the fees were paid. That;s a lawyers job is to guide you and make things clear.. Also the officer who charged me outright lied in his written report which, in no way, matched the body or cruiser cam footage and this was NOT even questioned or brought up in court. Even after he agreed that the officer lied. I paid him the $5k. and no sooner was that paid i said "Suri why am i still on probation". does he tell me he wants more money to petition that the court release me from probation. This is ONE case for a fee of $5k. He wants $1500 more to have me dropped from the probation i never would have been on if I'd known to pay the court in full the day of court or this would happen. This lawyer is ineffective and grubby $$ hungry. one more thing, I've never had a professional speak to me so disrespectful as Suri on a regular basis. I don't know about Jiminez, but as for Suri, beware.. I should not still be on probation, it was only due to fines and fees.
