Attorney Davis worked on my case for a little over a year and during that time she was very informative and detailed about my case. During my search for an attorney, I called three different attorney's and Ms. Davis was the only attorney that called me back. As a matter of fact, she called me right back after I left a voicemail. Whenever I had a question or concern, Ms. Davis responded efficiently and effectively. She kept me in the loop every step of the way. She was professional and always had time to speak with me about my case. If I could give 6 stars, I definitely would because she deserves them. I would definitely recommend Ms. Davis. I had a speeding ticket i had to take care, i consulted with Nicole and immediately got relief after she explain me the action items we need to take, the documentation need to be provided. From that point, Nicole took care of everything and reach out to get things done and minimize the judgment to my satisfaction. She is very responsive and reliable, i would definitely work with her in future cases. (Hope i won't need that)

I hired Ms. Jackson in March to represent my son in a juvenile court case dated for April. Soon after hiring Ms. Jackson the courts closed due to COVID. The courts were closed for a few weeks at best. I heard from Ms. Jackson, once in May to inquire whether we received a new court date. I never heard from her again. At the end of August, I reached out to her to request a refund since we had no idea when and if the case would be heard, and she had been holding my money for 5 months. I explained that if we did go to court, I would be happy to rehire her. Ten minutes, later Ms. Jackson called me and stated she contacted the court and the case had been dismissed in April. The case was dismissed based on the court deciding it would not be in the childs’ best interest to move forward. Ms. Jackson did absolutely nothing to get to this resolve and feels that she is entitled to 100% of the $1500 retainer. It was pure happenstance that Ms. Jackson was on the case when it was dismissed. She knew nothing about the decision that took place 4 months ago and had nothing to do with the outcome. This is not someone you want to do business with!
