They treat you like a real person, not just another case.

This law firm is excellent in my opinion when it comes to workman's comp, however if your claim involves both workman's comp and personal injury at the same time, it's a disappointment to their clients. Especially when the clients continually ask about the personal injury case EACH & EVERY time when speaking with the office & BEFORE signing any documents the same question was asked and the same answers was given (1) No need to worry about it, your WC will not affect your PERSONAL INJURY CASE..and all the reasons behind it.. (2) The question was asked again on the final WC before signing. ..AND the same answer was given. Well, they did work on the PI case but found out it was a little bit more time consuming and decided to drop the PI case and advised the client they could pursue the Personal Injury case on their own. NO advance notice given. What I FOUND OUT by doing my OWN research from my colleagues who are attorneys in other states and ONE here in GA, the claims should've been worked on at the time. The claim wasn't worked on at the same time because we were TOLD the WC had to be settled FIRST and then the office can work on the PERSONAL INJURY. Ratings and Reviews are important when your health depends upon it. Honesty and integrity is very important. Your words should account for something and in this case.. left to dry. SAD. PLZ do your research on everything you do. Excellent for WC..in my opinion. .disappointed with the rest.

Now listen to me carefully folks. Have you ever noticed that all law offices have very high ratings? Yeah, this one too! Not only did they didn't do anything for my case ... they treated me like the thing that floats in the toilet. After [53] days off the job, you have to ask yourself do you go back to work or pretend that your still hurt as one of their attorneys suggested to me. The insurance company refused to do anything because my case manager says "You have to bare with me because I'm new at this", so the insurance company sensed the same thing and didn't have to do anything. So, the attorney who had been on vacation like forever ... finally called me today yelling at me and treating like I was the insurance company on cross examination. He had a pretext to his attitude. He was told that I quit the company that I was working for because they stole some of my stuff while I was off. He was on my case/back about going to work, then telling me to tell them that I can't work any more due to pain. That wasn't all the way true. I do have a little pain left from my diagnosis that was done by the VA Hospital! I am well enough to go back to work. But, I'm supposed to stay at home and get evicted so that this law firm can reap the benefits of my old injuries, which was told to me by Griffin, that if increases the case value by [65% -70%], while I get to sleep on the streets. So ... since I went back to work, the junior associate who has been doing this for "[15] years" ... Told me that he was dropping my as a client because I am playing games. On the contrary ... I wasn't playing the games like he wanted ... is the reason that they dropped me! I figure like this ... I haven't gotten anything out of this deal but my health back (Which is the best thing). But they also get nothing for doing nothing. That way we come out even! No, No, No I wouldn't recommend that anyone use an attorney that is attached in any way to a TV commercial. Watch how this review disappears!

They breach contracts,low ball you on they actual value of your case. Do not use tv lawyers! Report them to the state bar as I have done myself. Stay away they are crooked and move very slow! Do not care about getting you the right amount for your settlement. The have a track record of breaching privacy. PLEASE REPORT THEM TO THE STATE BAR!
