Disgusted to say the least... I had an appointment with Ms Walls today. When the appointed time past with no call, no show, I politely reached out to her. Only to be curtly told via text: "I forgot/are you available another time"?.... Excuse me?.... The lack of professionalism and rudeness in that response was next level and shocking! No apology what so ever, no proper greeting, just a curt: "I forgot". 🚩🚩🚩 If red flags were a person! Thanks but NO THANKS mame.

I had called a few times on different dates trying to get in to see Attny Hawkins due to the great reviews I had read, striking out each time. So, after my 3rd attempt, disheartened, I was on the phone with my "plan B" attorney, when suddenly a number rang in I didn't recognize. I called it back after I finished with my call, and low and behold, it was the sweet lady from Attny Hawkins office. She had found a 15 minute timeslot for a phone consultation she offered me. I had not even left my name on the 3rd call..but yet she called me back. That said a lot right there. Thank you for going the extra mile. Then my consultation went very well.
