8/10/2023 When I read the first few reviews I decided to try this firm out. I should have looked at the bad reviews first because I can’t understand why a person works in customer service that doesn’t have any. I called and the receptionist or whomever answered the phone started off rude and nasty. Answering the phone yawning and saying hello in a tone as if they didn’t want to be answering phones that was the first bloody red flag I proceeded with my question do you take specific cases (not mentioning for legal reasons) they asked me what happened I stated the type and immediately the person got real sharp and nasty with me. People are calling for help not to be treated like a number I didn’t get your name but I will and leave another review to be specific for your manager to see. You are very disrespectful and have a nasty spirit especially for this industry I pray you adjust yourself. If you are having a bad day stay home!

They work along with you to make sure that you are compensated. The staff maintained good communication and were great to work with.
